Travis Air Drive medics gear as much as assist Harvey victims
Travis Air Pressure Base is sending six airmen from the sixtieth Medical Group to assist these critically injured by the storm in southeast Texas.
The Essential Care Air Transport Workforce is comprised of physicians, nurses and medical technicians who cope with sufferers who can’t be moved by different means.
The aim is to maintain the sufferers alive, which could be difficult when coping with cabin strain, turbulence and hours within the air.
