MECHANICVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A young person accused in a Mechanicville homicide case pleaded responsible on Wednesday.
Joseph Broscko, 17, of Clifton Park pleaded responsible to second-diploma homicide and admitted on August 7, 2017 that he and his co-defendant Nikolai Mavashev deliberately triggered the demise of David Feliciano throughout a theft in Mechanicville.
Police say Feliciano was shot inside his Grove Road house, stumbled outdoors, and was discovered outdoors with a number of gunshot wounds.
As a part of his plea deal, Broscko agreed to cooperate within the continued prosecution of Mavashev, who has pleaded not responsible within the case.
Broscko can be sentenced in April.
