Russia derides Tillerson statement on sanctions

WASHINGTON (AP) – An try by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to painting just lately handed Russian sanctions laws as an indication People need Russia to enhance relations with the U.S. has been derided by Moscow.

The White Home stated Friday that President Donald Trump will signal the laws.
