Police: Infant suffers skull fracture after being struck in the head

GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The Gloversville Police Division arrested a person they are saying assaulted a toddler final week.

Marcus Ralbovsky, 29, is accused of hanging a male toddler within the head, inflicting a cranium fracture. The kid is at present hospitalized at Albany Medical Middle.

Police and the Fulton County Division of Youngster Protecting Providers started an investigation after somebody left a tip on the New York State Baby Abuse Hotline.

Police say the kid sustained the fractured cranium throughout a home incident on September 27 and that each events did not the report the damage.

Ralbovsky was charged with second-diploma assault. He was arraigned and remanded to Fulton County Correctional Facility for lack of $50,000 money bail or $one hundred,000 bond.
