The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Workplace recognized a 20-yr-previous man who died from a gunshot wound within the early hours of Thanksgiving after a capturing outdoors a nightclub on Philips Freeway.
Officers responded to the Vibe nightclub on Philips Freeway shortly after 1 a.m. on Nov. 23 and located Jarvaris Marquese Platts, who has had current addresses on Crystal River Street and Katanga Drive, affected by the wound, in line with the Sheriff’s Workplace.
Police stated Platts and a number of other associates had been on the membership and have been leaving when somebody drove up and shot him as he walked south on Philips. Police stated there have been a number of fights inside and out of doors the membership that night time, however was unknown if Platts was concerned.
The investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been introduced.
