DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Police say a Des Moines mom has been arrested after officers discovered her three younger youngsters alone outdoors their house, together with one coated in feces and one other with a full diaper.

TV station KCCI stories that a four-yr-previous boy was left in cost Monday of his 2-yr-previous and 1-yr-previous siblings. He’d taken them outdoors after their range made a daunting sound when he tried to make breakfast.

County data say Destinee Miller stays jailed Tuesday on youngster endangerment costs. The data don’t record the identify of an lawyer who can remark for her.

Officers say the home was affected by tons of of mounds of canine feces. Miller later advised officers she had left to take one in every of her canine to a vet.

State authorities have taken custody of the youngsters.
