Police: Dog found panting in hot car; woman charged with animal cruelty

A Massachusetts lady was charged with animal cruelty after police stated officers discovered a canine beginning to overheat in her automotive in Hooksett.

Officers stated Gwen Blumberg, 28, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, was buying at a Goal retailer over the weekend.

Police stated the surface temperature was eighty four levels.
