Police: 2 woman dressed as nuns try to rob Pennsylvania bank


TANNERSVILLE, Pa. (AP) – Police say two ladies dressed as nuns tried to rob a financial institution in Pennsylvania’s Poconos.

Authorities say the ladies walked into Residents Financial institution close to Tannersville on Monday and one brandished a handgun, demanding cash from a teller. However they left with out taking something.

Every lady was sporting a black nun’s behavior and veil. One lady additionally was sporting sun shades.

The FBI is investigating.
