PHILMONT, N.Y. (NEWS10) – New York State Police accused a Columbia County lady of hitting a pedestrian together with her car after which leaving the scene.
Police have been referred to as to the Household Greenback on Most important Road within the Village of Philmont on Monday.
In accordance with police, Jennifer McGrath-Jennings, of Philmont, was backing up her car when she hit a feminine pedestrian within the parking zone.
The sufferer was taken to Albany Medical Middle the place she later died.
McGrath-Jennings was arrested and charged with Vehicular Manslaughter within the Second Diploma, Leaving the Scene of a Deadly Accident, DWI, Reckless Driving, and Unsafe Backing.
The 24-yr-previous can be arraigned later within the City of Claverack.
