NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – A army gear vendor was convicted Thursday of scheming with troopers at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, to steal delicate materials on the market to consumers in Russia, China and Mexico.

John Roberts, of Clarksville, Tennessee, was discovered responsible of conspiracy to steal and promote authorities property, two counts of violating the Arms Export Management Act and 10 counts of wire fraud.
