  • James Moyotte, forty seven, of Troy, was charged with second-diploma possession of marijuana and seventh-diploma felony possession of a managed substance.
  • Bobby Yarrell, 31, of Troy, was charged with fifth-diploma possession of marijuana.
  • Leonard Jiles, 39, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with warrant for violation of parole.
