Man sentenced for selling deadly batch of heroin

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) – An area man who admitted to promoting his highschool good friend a lethal batch of heroin has been sentenced to 10 years in jail.

As a part of his responsible plea, Matthew Charo admitted that in October 2014, he bought heroin to a 30-yr-previous lady and used the sufferer’s meals stamp card to get medicine.

She died quickly after taking the heroin.
