Man charged with two counts of murder in Richmond County killing

A person was charged with killing two individuals in Richmond County, deputies stated Tuesday.
Deputies say Katherine and Joseph Cassidy have been killed on Sunday, Aug. 20 on Lee Thee Church Street, between Rockingham and Ellerbe. Christopher Robson, forty four, is accused of committing the crime in entrance of a kid.
Investigators say Robson was needed for taking two weapons from a member of the family and was later arrested for fleeing from deputies. In the course of the investigation, Robson was recognized as a suspect within the killing of Katherine and Joseph Cassidy.
He was later charged with two counts of homicide, discharging a barreled weapon into an occupied car and committing an assault with a lethal weapon with a minor baby current.
Robson was additionally charged with larceny of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, felony flee to elude arrest and resisting a public officer.
He was given no bond for the homicide costs and a $one hundred fifty,000 secured bond for the opposite costs.
