Man at NC nursing home accused of killing fellow resident

ANSON COUNTY, NC (WBTV) -&#thirteen;

A nursing house resident is accused of killing one other resident at Anson Well being and Rehabilitation in Wadesboro, NC.

On August 14, police have been referred to as to a report of an assault on the nursing residence. Officers say a resident, 50-yr-previous Donald Pressley had “jumped on” one other resident, 89-yr-previous William Hooks.

Hooks was taken to Anson Group Hospital for his accidents. Pressley was additionally taken to the hospital to be evaluated.

Hooks died from his accidents on August 24.

Pressley was then charged with first-diploma homicide and was taken to the Anson County Jail.
