SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A person accused of murdering one other in Schenectady has been sentenced to 25 years to life in jail.
Hector Abreu was accused of capturing Angel Carrion.
Investigators say the violence stems from gang affiliation.
Abreu is already serving a 12-yr sentence after pleading responsible to capturing one other man within the legs in Albany again in 2014. That incident occurred 4 months after he shot and killed Carrion.
