GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Police arrested a person they are saying significantly injured an toddler on Saturday.
On Saturday, at round 7 a.m., Gloversville Cops responded to the Nathan Littauer Hospital for a report of an toddler who acquired a traumatic damage to his head.
Whereas talking with officers, the mom of the kid said that she had been concerned in a violent home violence incident with the toddler’s father. Based on police, in the course of the incident, Andrew Allen, 31, punched the toddler within the head.
The toddler suffered a fractured cranium and different accidents and was later airlifted to Albany Medical Middle for additional remedy.
Allen was charged with first-diploma assault, first-diploma reckless endangerment, and second-diploma tried assault.
Allen was arraigned and remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility on $50,000 money bail or $one hundred,000 bond.
