FORT EDWARD, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Fort Edward man was arrested Tuesday, accused of assaulting a thirteen-yr-previous boy.
In accordance with Washington County Sheriff Jeffrey Murphey, the sheriff’s workplace responded to a report of an assault on a toddler in Fort Edward round 7:30 Tuesday night.
Investigators say forty two-yr-previous James Wilson grabbed the thirteen-yr-previous by the neck and threw him to the bottom. Wilson then allegedly “stomped” on the boy’s chest.
Officers say the kid was not injured in the course of the assault.
Wilson was arrested and arraigned. An order of safety was issued for the sufferer.
