Reese Helms was very involved when he heard concerning the flooding brought on by Hurricane Harvey close to Houston.

Helms, a former officer with the China Grove Police Division, has an eleven-yr-previous daughter named Cadence who lives together with her mom in one of many flooded neighborhood.
