Evacuations issued for 40-acre Butte County wildfire


Evacuation orders have been issued Tuesday for a forty-acre wildfire burning in BUtte County, Cal Hearth officers stated.

Residents on Lumpkin Street from Forbestown Street to the group of Feather Falls are underneath obligatory evacuation orders.

The grass hearth, dubbed the Ponderosa Hearth, broke out simply earlier than 1:30 p.m. within the Robinson Mill space, close to Ponderosa Means, Cal Hearth tweeted.

This space is simply east of Lake Oroville.
