Downed power lines on train tracks causes changes in service Thursday

Downed energy strains on tracks pressured many Amtrak passengers to take buses to Charlotte Thursday afternoon.

In line with the North Carolina Division of Transportation’s Piedmont and Carolinian’s Twitter web page, energy strains that have been down on tracks between Greensboro and Burlington prompted a number of modifications in service Thursday. 

Passengers who have been on Practice seventy three are anticipated to be bused to Charlotte. The Twitter publish stated the bus will decide up and drop off passengers at all the stations situated between Burlington and Charlotte. 

Practice seventy four will function as a bus from Charlotte to Burlington and make stops on the stations between Charlotte and Raleigh, based on the submit. 

The Twitter submit states that Practice seventy six and Practice seventy nine are anticipated to function as regular.
