The Border To Border Touring Route will join the japanese and western borders of Minnesota throughout the northern third of the state utilizing minimal upkeep and rugged roadways to create a signed, mapped system of routes that already are open for driving.
The DNR’s Parks and Trails Division, together with the Nationwide Off-Freeway Car Conservation Council and the Minnesota four-Wheel Drive Affiliation, are holding the conferences.
