QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – An AB Waste & Removing driver is dealing with a variety of fees after police responded to a report that a rubbish truck was on hearth on Pinewood Street in Queensbury on Tuesday.
When officers arrived, they decided there was no hearth however discovered driver Wayne Jones, fifty one, asleep within the driver’s seat.
In the course of the investigation, police say Jones had been consuming alcohol and was intoxicated. He’s accused of getting a BAC of zero.24.
