A person killed in a south Charlotte wreck Sunday night has been recognized as fifty three-yr-previous Anthony Jerome Bailey.
The wreck occurred round 9:forty six p.m. within the 3100 block of Windfall Street, close to the Cotswold space. Police say Bailey was driving a Toyota Camry when he ran off the best aspect of the street, then overcorrected and misplaced management of the car.
The Camry then went throughout the street and a grass median, hanging a utility pole. Bailey, police stated, was not sporting a seat belt.
He was taken to Carolinas Medical Middle the place he was pronounced deceased a short while later. No different accidents have been reported.
Investigators say it seems that velocity and alcohol use contributed to the crash.
