DEBORDIEU BEACH, S.C. (AP) – Firefighters say two 12-yr-previous women have been bitten by a small shark off the South Carolina coast.
Halfway Hearth Chief Doug Eggiman informed information retailers that firefighters have been referred to as to the DeBordieu Seashore a part of Georgetown County on Saturday.
The women have been in a raft when a shark about 2 or three ft (zero.60 meters) lengthy jumped aboard and thrashed about. One woman was bitten on her thigh and was taken to Georgetown Memorial Hospital the place she was in secure situation.
The opposite woman didn’t require hospitalization.
Their names haven’t been launched.
